This is the only Back Pain Yoga Workshop in the world, that EXPLORES and TALKS about the root causes of backpain and how to change your food and lifestyle to stay healthy and heal the back pain over a period of time without the assistance of western medicine.

The workshop includes 7 classes over 1 week period, that will introduce you to time tested Yoga postures, to elongate your spine, heal the pain, open the nerves, and understand how to stop or reduce back if an unexpected onset happens. How to change the composition of your body ( in terms of Ayurveda imbalances ) to bring relief from pain and inner inflammation and how to change your lifestyle and diet to gain more flexibility and suppleness to the body. 

The one week Workshop costs 600 Ron and on the first two days *15th and 16th* June 2023 the class will be 3 hours long and will be from 5 pm - 8 pm , rest of the days the class will be from 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm .
