Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Online payment for classes / therapies / retreats / workshops must be received prior to the scheduled date to ensure your seat.

 

• For classes, therapies and workshops, we only accept prior payment online, no cash accepted by any of our teachers or therapists.

 

• In general cancellations are not entertained. A booked session can be transferred but there is a general No Refund Policy once payment is done. A class / therapy session however can be rescheduled if prior notice is given ( subject to availability )

 

• Rescheduling later than 12 hours (24 hours for morning classes) prior to class/session start time for any reason will not be entertained or refunded or credited. 

 

• If you have a therapy or class pass and cancel a class/therapy with less than 12 (or 24) hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one therapy/class from your pack. This includes the drop-in class pass.

 

• Memberships: Students with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class more than twice in 7 days without prior cancellation will have their membership status reviewed and will be charged an administration fee. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. Memberships may be revoked and refunded, a € 50 administration charge will apply. 

 

• The late cancellation and no show fees apply to all memberships including the "intro offer". 

 

• Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations. 

 

• Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time. 

 

• Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class or therapy based on membership level, availability and similar cost.

 

• Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, with only the possibility of re-scheduling the same.

 

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

• Monthly to month memberships can be cancelled by emailing us on awakeninnerbuddha@gmail.com

 

• You must provide one calendar month's notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships. 

 

• Membership fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the member has used the facilities. 

 

• Memberships are non refundable and non transferable after the initial 14 day cooling off period in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014). You sign up for a minimum period and this will have to be honoured. 

 

• Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase and contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

• You can freeze your membership for a period of maximum 1 month within a 12 month contract period. You must provide a minimum of 14 days notice and email awakeninnerbuddha@gmail.com  the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.

 

• One off purchases such as the class pass packs/therapies are non refundable, non transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.

 

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received.

 

• Workshops, courses, programmes, events, therapies and similar will not be cancelled. They can be transferred. They will only be cancelled and full amount refunded in case the teacher does not show or for some reason we are not able to execute the same.

 

• All refunds requested by you will be charged a refund admin fee of 5% of the refund amount.

Waiting Lists

​

When a space becomes available in class four hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

​

Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes. However for any reason on the part of Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga if a class does not happen and it was a scheduled prepaid class then the money would be refunded in full back to the participant/s.

Retail Refunds

​

Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be partially refunded ( upto 50% )  if returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

Class Pass /Therapy Expiration

​

Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid.

Intellectual Property Rights

​

All Content included on the Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga website and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by Us.  All Content is protected by applicable Indian laws and international intellectual property laws and treaties.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, store, or in any other manner re-use Content from the Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga Website unless given express written permission to do so by Us.

 

You may:

Access, view and use The Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga Website in a web browser (including any web browsing capability built into other types of software or app);
