The only organization in the world to recognize Yoga as meditation, we strive to educate on the classical nature of Yoga. Classically, Yoga was practiced in nature. Keeping those principles & practice in mind, we offer you some amazing yoga engagements straight on the beach, that last from two hours to a half-day workshop to some engagements that last one week long depending on your need, requirement, and group size. Our classes are mostly small private engagements, where the teachers take their time to guide you into the mind, through breath and body. Think of them as a private session of a micro group. Even though we do not propagate any style of Yoga as a specific kind of Yoga however we do employ the Iyengar style of Hatha Yoga in our Asana ( exercise ) practice combined with advanced Pranayama practice and Buddhist meditation. Note: All classes & workshops need to be pre-scheduled and we entertain no walk-ins. Write to us for an amazing experience. Please note each class/workshop needs to be scheduled individually. We don't follow a typical yoga studio model.

AGONDA - GOA 2024
In 2024 we are doing Yoga classes for micro-groups , held on the most famous Agonda Beach in Goa. The 2 hours class touches on working with the body through asana practice followed by working with the breath, leading participants in a state of stillness through Buddhist meditation.
Working with the mind in meditation becomes easy, for the one who has worked with the body and breath. Includes physical yoga, breath yoga, and meditation.
