A 12 hours Mindful Reset
The Solstice Retreat , is not another workshop or class. It is intended to be a carefully guided immersion into stillness, clarity and renewal using tools coming from Buddha & Yoga. This program will lead you through Breathwork, Guided Vipassana meditation, Hatha Yoga & letting go while observing the nature of your mind, while understanding the deeper classical concepts - coming from India.
Through meditation, gentle yoga, mindful fasting, intentional rest & noble silence , you will be supported through a day of slowing down - reflecting and resetting from the Inside Out.

Meet your Guide
Vidhi Chhariya
Your Summer Solstice Retreat will be guided by Master Vidhi, an experienced meditation and yoga teacher from India with over 30 years of personal practice and teaching experience in Vipassana meditation, therapeutic yoga and holistic wellbeing.
Drawing from deep roots in classical yogic wisdom, Vidhi’s work integrates Vipassana meditation, therapeutic yoga, classical yogic philosophy, chakra awareness, tantra and Ayurveda — offering a grounded and deeply experiential approach to inner wellbeing.
What makes his teaching unique is that it comes not only from study, but from lived experience.
Before dedicating his life to sharing yoga and healing practices, Vidhi spent years working within the corporate world for leading IT companies. Having experienced the pressures, demands and disconnection of modern life firsthand, he understands the very real challenges many people face today — stress, overwhelm, burnout and the longing for deeper meaning.
This lived experience allows him to bridge ancient wisdom with the realities of everyday life in a way that feels practical, relatable and deeply human.
Vidhi teaches not from theory alone, but from decades of committed personal practice, observation and integration. His approach is warm, compassionate and inquiry-based, welcoming curiosity, reflection and meaningful dialogue.
Today, he shares his teachings internationally across more than 50 countries, guiding individuals through meditation, yoga, self-awareness and inner transformation with authenticity, humility and care.
Whether you are completely new to these practices or have been walking this path for years, you will be held in an environment of genuine guidance, safety and presence.

A Happier Refreshed version of You
Will I be served any food ?
This is a fasting retreat - so no meals are served. However if fasting for any reason may be difficult then you could bring your own breakfast and have it during the morning break. We could also facilitate basic fruits & yoghurt for those who have fasting restrictions.
I don't stay in Holt ? How can I get there?
This retreat is open to anyone and everyone who wants to attend the program however to reach Yoga space in Holt you need to be staying nearby and definitely need to have a car or driver to come to the space during Sunrise Gathering.
I am new to Yoga. Will this be useful ?
The 1 day retreat is designed keeping all levels of practitioners in mind. It does not follow the physical approach of western yoga and focuses a lot on Mind and Meditation.
Is this is a Silent Retreat ?
All participants will be practicing Noble Silence until 12 Noon ( with the exception of teacher ). After 12 pm - participants can converse and ask Questions.

The Letheringsett Watermill is one of Norfolk's most historic working mills — a stone building by a river, surrounded by trees, completely insulated from modern noise. The top floor has been transformed into a meditation space. The water runs beneath you. The birds begin before you do.
