About the event
This is a free session, organized in association with Decathalon India and Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga, at New Delhi. The session will be led by one of the senior teachers of Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga that will lead you into warm up exercises, Pranayama followed by the Buddhist Meditation practice of Vipassana.
All are welcome - however, preference would be given to those who register in advance for the class.
