Headstand is also known as the Father of All Postures, and is one of the most powerful postures in Yoga. It affects, all the organs of the body and especially works on the pineal gland, the crown and 3rd eye chakra, removes all stress, anxiety, clams the mind down, refreshes the flow of blood in all internal organs, helpful for the eyes and much more.
